Storefront RE-ASSIGNMENT Guide
Reassigning Storefronts Between Metaverses
While two separate metaverses cannot be merged, you can have manually reassigned storefronts between metaverses within the same Multiverse account.
Reassignment Fees
A one-time fee applies per reassignment request:
5,000 mc ($50) for a single storefront
10,000 mc ($100) for multiple storefronts
⚠️ Important: Storefront content, artwork, and designs cannot be transferred. You’ll need to create and decorate new storefront templates from scratch in the destination metaverse.
❌ Storefronts cannot be reassigned between accounts that have separate logins.
How to Reassign Storefronts
If you’re ready to proceed, contact us at support@ftl.ltd to confirm whether reassignment is possible in your case. Once approved, follow these steps after logging in at MultiverseOnline.io to create storefront templates in the metaverse where you want to reassign your storefront to.
Open your destination metaverse, go to the “Locations” section, and click “Create New.”
Choose a storefront template and name it using the original storefront’s Infiniverse address (e.g., 1 Bitcoin Lane).
This helps us match and reassign it correctly. (You can rename your storefront later.)Save the storefront and email the new template URL
(e.g., dorametaverse1.multiverseonline.io/locations/test_storefront) to support@ftl.ltd.Repeat for each storefront you wish to reassign.
📘 Need help? See the “How to Create a Storefront Template” section in the STOREFRONT GUIDE.
After Reassignment
To bring your reassigned storefronts live in the app:
Update the artwork, name, template, etc. and
Submit each storefront for approval.
If you’ve moved all storefronts out of a metaverse and no longer need its paid subscription, you can downgrade to a free plan. Instructions are available in the SUBSCRIPTION GUIDE.
