Update to the Login System at MultiverseOnline.io

MultiverseOnline.io account holders can merge their Facebook or Google logins into a single central email/password system. For the consolidation to work, both accounts must share the same email address.

 

How to Update your MultiverseOnline.io Account Login

Follow the Steps To Consolidate Your Login

• Set Up Email/Password Login
  If you already have an email/password login for MultiverseOnline.io with the same email as your Facebook or Google account, simply sign in. If not, create a new one using the Sign Up option on MultiverseOnline.io.
  

• Initiate Account Consolidation
  After logging in, click the drop-down arrow in the top-right corner of the website and select Merge Accounts. You’ll receive an email with a merge link.
  

• Complete the Consolidation Process
  Open the link from the merge email (ideally on the same device you used to log in to MultiverseOnline.io). Once completed, you’ll see a confirmation dialog. If you’re not signed out automatically, sign out manually and then sign back in to confirm your accounts have been consolidated and your content is visible.

Reasons Your Accounts Might Not Merge

•  Missing Email Address

  In certain situations, signing in with Facebook will not have automatically provided us with your email address. Consequently, the process cannot be completed automatically. If you are certain you signed in with the correct email address but no accounts could be merged contact us at support@ftl.ltd.

• Multiple Multiverse Accounts with paid Metaverses / Multiple Oculus Accounts
  Some users have already created multiple accounts using the same email address (i.e., signing in with both Facebook and email/password). In many of these cases we can safely consolidate all accounts into one. However, if both accounts have also been linked to Oculus / Meta Quest profiles or both have paid Metaverse plans, we can not automatically merge accounts and content.

• Lost Email Access
  If you have lost access to the email account used for Facebook login, unfortunately, we won’t be able to help due to security measures.

Points to Remember

• Reset Password
  Not sure if you already signed in with an email/password or have forgotten your password? There's a 'reset password' button, which will send you a reset password link.

• Verify Account Email
  Upon creating a new email-based account, you will receive a 'verify account' email. You don’t have to verify your email immediately; it is simply a legal requirement to ensure your email security.
