AI Agents Knowledge Base Guide
Adding to the Multiverse Knowledge Base with Metaverse-Specific Information
Learn How to Prepare Documents for Your Multiverse AI Agents and Contribute to the Collective Knowledge Base
Get ready to shape the intelligence of every AI Agent across the entire Multiverse by uploading public information about your organization or company to your metaverse! This information will become part of a global knowledge base that all AI Agents can access and utilize across the entire app. Initially, you’ll see the impact in the website AI Chat, with integration into in-world agents within Multiverse coming soon.
Overview
What you can upload: Public-facing information about your organization or company that you're happy to make available to all users in the Multiverse.
Document format: For best results, use a Markdown (.md) document. PDF and Word files are also accepted.
Quantity: Users can upload multiple documents, provided the total does not exceed the metaverse's file storage limit, which is visible in the drive browser on the Knowledge Base page (see the screenshot).
Limitations
Currently, we do not support:
Uploading private or member-only information.
Images, graphs, etc., upload text documents only.
Document Guidelines
All information must be placed in the text documents, formatted using Markdown. Preparing this document can be done manually or with the help of an AI prompt we have provided below. When you're ready, upload the document to your Metaverse at the “Knowledge Base” tab on multiverseonline.io (see the screenshot).
Markdown Formatting Requirements
Your document should include the following:
Title: Marked with a single # at the top.
URL (if relevant): Include a web address that the system can reference.
Date (optional): State the date the document was created or last updated.
Chunks: Divide the body of the document into sections, each with a header marked by ###.
Each chunk should be no less than 150 words and more than 350 words, excluding punctuation and special characters.
