Customization happens through modular upgrades, available at MultiverseOnline.io and in-app kiosks (soon, in the lootboxes as well). Think of it as collecting special AI DNA. You mix and match these modules to craft a one-of-a-kind digital agent. And with some behind-the-scenes AI magic, your new agent comes to life, ready to chat, assist, and promote your Metaverse!

Who Gets to Craft?

 The AI Agents crafting feature at MultiverseOnline.io is available to ALL USERS, no matter their subscription plan. This means you can craft unlimited AI Agents, interact with them via online chat, and even share them with others — no VR needed! Where and how you deploy your agents depends on your metaverse plan. Premium and up unlock even bigger possibilities, such as metaverse-wide AI presence or the ability to set AI Agents at specific locations. Here’s what you get depending on your plan:

 All Users (including Free)

• Can craft unlimited AI Agents

• Can chat to crafted agents on multiverseonline.io

• Can share links so other multiverseonline.io users can chat to their agents (no VR needed)

• Can assign each AI Agent to one apartment in their personal metaverse
  ↳ Each agent can only be assigned once and only to apartments

 Premium Metaverses and Up

• Can assign 1 agent across the entire Metaverse
  ↳ The same agent appears in all locations across the metaverse
  

 Pro Metaverses and Up

• Can assign 2 agents across the entire Metaverse
  ↳ Same agents appear in all locations across the metaverse

• Unlock access to the Starter Pack of MV-created business agents (3)
  

 Business Metaverses and Up

• Can assign up to 5 AI Agents across their Metaverse

• Can override specific locations with different agents

• Access to the full library of MV-created business agents (30)

• Can toggle agents to "Always Appear" when triggered in a location (otherwise, a random deployed AI Agent will be triggered if more than one exists in that location)

How to Get Started 

1. Select or Upgrade Your Metaverse

First, you need access your Metaverse. Don’t have one yet? No problem, create one at multiverseonline.io. Then, head over to the AI Agent tab in the top nav menu.

*NOTE: Just a single module is all it takes to start crafting your AI Agent. Sometimes, depending on your desired results, using just one is better for crafting a specific archetype. However, adding more modules and different categories will produce more nuanced AI Agent personas. We recommend you play around to find out what works best.

*NOTE: Each new module added increases the cost of crafting and/or remixing - different modules have different costs based on the impact to your agent (e.g., some regenerate the profile image). Crafting a brand new AI Agent costs upwards of 500 MC. Remixing an AI Agent is much cheaper and starts at 25 MC, going up as you add modules.

*NOTE: AI Agents can be used for free in the chat window. In-world appearances use paperclips - a consumable item you can buy or find in loot boxes.

The more you talk to them, the more they learn. Share your goals, your passions, your weird 3 am ideas - whether it’s personal or business, creative or strategic. As your agent learns, they’ll build a deeper memory and richer context — helping you more intelligently and responding in ways that feel truly personal. This connection will only grow more powerful as we continue to expand agent functionality into and beyond Multiverse into tools like Discord, WhatsApp, websites, and more.
